These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tangem Secure (the "App"), a view-only cryptocurrency portfolio and tax-reporting tool. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App is

Tangem Secure is read-only. You add public wallet addresses and the App displays their balances, transactions and estimated tax figures.

• It never asks for, stores or accesses your private keys, recovery seed or passwords.
• It is non-custodial and cannot move, send or spend funds — it only reads public on-chain data.

2. Market data and pricing

Balances, prices and 24-hour changes come from third-party providers and public blockchains. We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness, and nothing in the App is financial or investment advice.

3. Tax reports

The Tax Report feature estimates short-term gains, long-term gains and income using methods such as FIFO, LIFO or HIFO. Results depend on the available transaction history and are provided for convenience, not as tax advice. Verify the figures and consult a qualified tax professional before filing.

4. Third-party services

The App fetches data from third-party APIs and explorers such as Moralis, Etherscan, CoinGecko, Coinbase and Blockstream. We do not control these services or their content.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from its use, including reliance on displayed data or tax estimates.
